E2. Morning Star - Energy Meditation Level 2

Important: Please do not attempt this without prior guidance from Bhante Rama.


Tunes the body, improves the gathering and unification of consciousness (Samādhi). 

Start with Namo  Buddhāya. Then,


  1. Close your mouth and touch your tongue on the top of your mouth, teeth on teeth.

  2. Visualise the morning star (brightest in the sky - Venus) behind your head at 45 degrees. 

  3. With eyes open, look to the star you visualised behind your head. Your eyes will turn into their sockets.  

  4. Do for maximum of 10 seconds, then close your eyes but maintain that gaze behireland your head for another 10 seconds. 

  5. Afterwards, revert back to EM1 and relax your eyeballs in neutral position. 


Benefits: 

  • Activates your higher consciousness and promotes unification of consciousness (Samādhi). 

  • Best done before EM1 as you will go into EM1 after the initial sequence. 


Eyes roll towards the visualisation of the morning star behind your head for maximum 10 seconds.


Morning star is 45 degrees behind the top of your head.
