E1.5. Tree of Life Meditation

Important: Please do not attempt this without prior guidance from Bhante Rama.

Increase your rate of absorption of Prana per second. To improve vitality, energetic capacity and healing.
Start with Namo Buddhāya. Then,
EM1 for 5 to 10 seconds
The 3 furnaces within your body, not touching anything:
Visualise a fist-sized red hot iron ball one fist below your navel. The iron ball glows bright with each inhale, and dims with each exhale (Note: Never, ever visualise fire within the body)
Visualise a fist-sized golden gaseous ball at the heart center.
Visualise a fist-sized white light ball at the third eye on your forehead.
Optional but highly encouraged: Dhammacakka (see E1.3.) yourself, vertically and horizontally, followed by the 3 furnaces you just visualised.
From the red hot iron ball below the navel, golden, translucent ethereal roots emerge all around your lower body, extending outward.
Then, the golden trunk of a Bodhi tree forms around your torso, moving upwards to sprout branches from your forehead. The tree covers your entire body such that you are within the tree.
The roots of the golden Bodhi tree pulls and absorbs Prana of the surrounding area, drawing golden particles of energy into the roots, channeling into your fire centre (red hot iron ball).
Black smoke emits from the branches that sprout from your forehead.
Relax and stay in energy lock (EM1: eyes closed, mouth closed, tongue on top of the mouth, teeth on top of the teeth)
Optional but highly encouraged - Set AjjataggeBhavaPariyantaṃ, from now on till the End of Time.
